Do I need Notion?
No. Choose the format you will use: paper, fillable PDF, spreadsheet or Notion. You do not need to use them all.
Do the formats sync automatically?
No. These formats express the same system in different ways. They do not automatically synchronize with one another. Choose one source for current answers and update it consistently.
Can my siblings use the same system?
Yes, within one Family Care Team under the personal-use licence.
Is the spreadsheet Google Sheets compatible?
The Excel workbook can be imported into Google Sheets. Behavior may differ slightly from Excel.
What is included with the paperback?
The paperback includes the physical 188-page book, two printable companion PDFs — US Letter and A4 — containing all 21 blank tools, and the Care Dashboard workbook for Excel, which can be imported into Google Sheets.
