Refund Policy

If Screen Smart Parenting™ is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. No questions asked. You do not need to explain your reasons or prove that you used the material.

Email support@mawakin.com from the address you used at checkout and tell us you would like a refund. You can also request it directly from the Gumroad receipt that was emailed to you after your purchase.

Once the refund is issued, the money returns to your original payment method. How quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer.

Purchases and refunds are processed by Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record for this product. Gumroad handles the transaction and any applicable sales tax or VAT, and issues the receipt for your purchase.

Screen Smart Parenting™ is a set of digital products. Your files are delivered instantly after purchase, so there is nothing to ship and no physical delivery, packaging or return.
