If you send us your email address — for example by writing to support or by submitting a form on this site — we store that email address and the content of your message so we can reply to you.

We also collect anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel. These tools tell us things like how many people visited a page, which country the visit came from, which sections people read, and whether a visitor clicked through to checkout. They do not tell us who you are by name.

When you buy the product, the payment itself is handled by Gumroad. Gumroad collects the billing details needed to complete your purchase and to deliver your files. We never see or store your card details.

We use your email address to answer your questions and to deliver what you asked for. We use the anonymous statistics to understand which parts of the page are useful, to fix what is confusing, and to measure whether our advertising is reaching the right people.

If you request the free guide, we store your email address and first name to deliver the guide and, if you agreed, to send you occasional practical tips. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Write to support@mawakin.com and ask us to delete your data. Tell us which email address to look for. We will remove your information from our records and confirm once it is done. You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
